This was a fantastic course, and I really enjoyed it entirely.

I think I have learned a couple of very simple techniques that can now help me in all areas of my life.

I also learned about ARC (affinity, reality and communication) and how it works. I can use it  at home and at work to improve everything that I do on a daily basis.
