On doing this course I have realised some of the most important information possible on the subject of knowing who I can trust.

The emotional tone scale is one of the most powerful and important tools I can use in my life with my everyday interaction with people. Knowing why people react in accordance with this tone scale is a very important tool in dealing with people.

Using ARC (affinity, reality and communication) in determining someone’s emotional tone on a subject through their communication on the subject is a gem in my opinion.

What I can learn about people by merely studying them or observing them and their behaviour in accordance with the chart of human evaluation is absolutely amazing and of huge importance.

I also learned the importance of being trustworthy and how important that is in building relationships.
