I have just finished the course ‘Scientology tools for effective leadership’
It’s a great course!
I did a lot of demonstrations on how to use the tools and I have a new viewpoint on my abilities and how to use them. I can now also see the importance of having good administration skills.
The course increased my understanding of the subject and I am more able to be a leader!

On doing this course I have realised some of the most important information possible on the subject of knowing who I can trust.
The emotional tone scale is one of the most powerful and important tools I can use in my life with my everyday interaction with people. Knowing why people react in accordance with this tone scale is a very important tool in dealing with people.
Using ARC (affinity, reality and communication) in determining someone’s emotional tone on a subject through their communication on the subject is a gem in my opinion.
What I can learn about people by merely studying them or observing them and their behaviour in accordance with the chart of human evaluation is absolutely amazing and of huge importance.
I also learned the importance of being trustworthy and how important that is in building relationships.

I am delighted to have done this ‘effective time management’ course, and it is just what I needed. Not just for my working environment, but at home and in my life in general.
After the first day of studying this course, I had the bones of a strategic plan to help me tackle the many challenging tasks awaiting me at work, in my new role.
Today in doing day two of the course; I have a great sense of direction and I know how I’m going to de-clutter my dining room. With the supervisors kind and tolerant guidance I have both a strategic and tactical plan in place to sort it out.
I am now even looking forward to tackling it!

I have just finished the “Creating A Successful Marriage” course. I am 44 years old and have 27 years experience in relationships, but I wasn’t as successful as I should.
Now I understand that I was missing some important information on how relationships work best. I didn’t really have any information on how it works.
This course has given me some important data, like how to handle up-sets. I also know that I haven’t communicated enough with my partner, but now I am more certain of what I have to do to make the relationship work better. ARC (Affinity, Reality and Communication) is vital for its success.

This course was very cool, for such a short course. I had lots of realisations on the simplicity of the information presented, and gaining certainty on applying it in my life.
But the biggest realisation was my omission of strategic planning in my life to align all the things I do. I have been using battle plans for years in a non-optimum way.
Due to what I have learned, it will make a huge difference to my production and stability.

I feel now that I have the tools to better myself in family and life. I now have ways of dealing with anti-social people and not letting it have an adverse affect on me. I have applied some of this on a particular person and found it to work very well. I now feel it’s okay to be an individual and that the theory that you must fall into line is a narrow-minded view by a narrow-minded society. I can now see that suppressive people (someone who puts you down) excel in a society where people don’t have the tools to deal with them. I found with one person I know who doesn’t really let people disagree with him, but rather continues to persuade to the point you agree with him just wearing you down, that I have now gotten back my resistance to get my point across. This has been an important win for me personally as from listening to it for years, I had nearly given up speaking my mind and more or less just tended to agree. I now feel strong enough to get my point across, whether it be wrong or right”.
